Returns
We want you to feel 100% confident in your purchase. That’s why every order is backed by our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
You can try your item for up to 30 days from the date of delivery. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return it for a refund.
To start a return, please contact us at support@fitandwelllife.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with the correct return address and instructions.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning the item. We do not provide return shipping labels.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure we receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Shipping Cost Deduction: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping (if any) will be deducted from your refund.
Please Note: Since we offer Free Shipping on most of our orders, this deduction rarely applies. In most cases, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price you paid.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Include a photo clearly showing the product’s condition in your message — this is required for us to process your replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you’re entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period under EU consumer protection laws.
However, Fit and Well extends this right to 30 days, giving you even more flexibility and peace of mind.
Warranty for Electronic and Electrical Products
Certain electronic or electrical products sold on our store are covered by a 6-month limited warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
To request warranty support, please contact us at support@fitandwelllife.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo or video showing the problem. We will review your request and may offer a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation.
⚠️ Note: This warranty applies only to electronic or electrical products. Non-electronic items are not covered under this warranty but remain eligible for return under our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
📌 EU customers are also entitled to a 2-year legal guarantee under EU consumer law for faulty goods.
🌍 Customers in other regions, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand, may also be protected by applicable consumer protection laws in their area. This limited warranty does not affect any such rights under local law.
